Vitamins for hair and nails

Please recommend the best ones! Thank you.

Perfectil Max. I am too lazy to take these regularly but when I do I really notice that I have better nails (and therefore assume hair too).

I take the Perfectil Hair ones and think they do some good. I've heard that any prenatal vitamins are also good for hair, skin and nails so that might be worth a look?

I take Perfectil, when I remember. They definitely help my hair.

I take either Holland and Barrett own brand skin, hair and nail ones or catwalk Queen from myvitamins. Both reasonably priced and stopped my flaking nails.
