What are you doing tonight and what will you be wearing?

I am going to watch a band with friends. I’m not sure what I want to wear. Possibly a LBD with lace detail and sparkly shoes.

@Ted27, you're not so far from me then, but I'm taking a rain check and staying home in jeans and fleece. Might venture out for a late drink, but can't see me getting changed.

Managing an event from 8-1 (not remotely my job at all but I don’t have any staff to do it).

Jeans and a boiled wool jacket with a shirt and scarf ... look ruined by a hi viz.

Coordinating entertainment, huge firework display, security, road closures, first aid providers, making sure the catering suppliers are actually doing what their risk assessment said they would do. Exciting stuff Hmm, and I don’t even get paid for it at my grade!

Me and DH both have flu (Since Christmas Day) and are feeling very sorry for ourselves. We’ll probably get a takeaway (Can’t taste anything though) and watch a film followed by Jools Holland. If we are still up. Can’t stand him but usually like some of the other performers.
I’ll be wearing my lovely new fleecy dressing gown and sheepskin slippers

Off to relatives house for a wee get together. Will be wearing my leather leggings and a plain jersey top with a bit of sparkly jewellery.

Dinner with family, then outside for fireworks. Meeting friends in pub then onto theirs to see in New Year. Wearing sparkly old gold 1920s style top and black trousers and black heeled ankle boots.

I’ll be in jeans with the neighbours at ours until possibly 1am-ish when I shall get into my pj’s and invite them all to pop home to change into theirs if we’re carrying on the party.

@championquartz I guess everyday is a learning day, I just found out it's actually called "chalet chic" , which sounds much fancier, for what is still warm and cozy

Sitting at home in jeans and a new Christmas cashmere jumper, eating fish pie and going to bed at 10pm.

My dream NYE tbh.

Going out for a meal with DH wearing black skinny jeans, black sparkly top and lace jacket with some beautiful ankle length boots (silver accessories), then home by 10:30-11:00 to see in new year with the kids and my mum.

We were supposed to be having tonight alone after a week of travelling to see family for Christmas, but DP has had several lonely mates request to come and have a low key evening with us. I'm ill and I am not changing out of my trackies and cashmere cardigan and socks. I am planning on still retiring to bed early, and hopefully my sub par hosting will mean they won't bother asking to come again!

Out to a neighbour's for drinks and craic, which will probably turn into tramping round the village first footing each other. I'll be wearing jeans, DMs, a baby wearing fleece and a baby!

Getting hammered on Gin cocktails in the bath then putting on my comfy pjs!
The last 12-16 months have been horrific,it won't get better but I'm hoping it won't get worse.
Myself ,DH,Ds & the furry ones will be together & I'm so very grateful for that .

We were out for a late lunch - I wore a short black leather skirt, sparkly black polo neck, opaques, and black Stan Smiths, plus a big faux fur coat. Now home and in pjs, with loads of M&S party food and cheese, wine chilling in the fridge.

Our cat gets really upset by fireworks, so hoping tonight isn’t too noisy.
