Outfit on a budget

I need help.
I have been given money to buy an outfit for Christmas by my mum.
She also wants to see me wearing it.
She’s given me £100.
Is this do able? What would you suggest?
Or should I buy myself a piece of jewellery? Again can anyone recommend anything?

Hit sales.
A couple of tunics (to wear with skinnies or leggings) some new boots/shoes.

I'd go for one really good item like a pair of jeans or a dress.
