A blazer that will work with dress AND trousers

Hi, I'm trying to find a blazer that would look smart for work. That would go with both trousers that are grey and black and dresses using similar colours. In the past I have used cardigans instead but new job has a smarter dress code.

Also I am just a bit tall above usual petite sizing with big boobs so petite just on verge of not right but on standard sizing the sleeves are usually too long.

I have a fleece jersey blazer from Lands End that I wear all the time - they come in a variety of colours - id go for a deep red/navy/grey to match your clothes

Whistles regularly do a jersey blazer which is nice and easy to wear. Different colours from season to season.

Uniqlo often do semi smart easy to wear jackets.
That Hobbs one looks too much like a suit jacket to me.
