Superga? Ok for 35 year old?

I have always been a size 6, but this last year I don’t know what happened, maybe my weight increased? But I’m now size 7. I’m trying to buy new shoes in 7, but I’ve realised I only ever wear converse. Wanting to try something different.

I’m 35 with 3 kids so no spring chicken, are superga’s only for young people? I’m not very cool but love comfort.

Why not? I'm 41 and wear Adidas originals , only. Got them in my colours. Shelltoe love them. Now known as superstars.

The Duchess of Cambridge wears them and is mid 30s with three kids, so...

I have a couple of pairs but they seem to come up big, I am a wide-footed size 5.

I’m 52 and wear Superga- my daughter is 20 and she does too.

I am mid 30s and have 4 pairs. I love them- more comfortable than converse. They are widish fitting- brilliant on my daughter who has H width feet!

I’m 35 and have about 6 colours. I used to wear them as a child, and my mum wore them when I was little too and still does now in her mid-50s.

I recently bought a second pair in silver as a smarter alternative to my white ones.

Absolutely love them- more grown up than converse and make me feel a bit more polished despite still wearing trainers.

A little young for their target audience if anything 😉
They sell them in White Company, so hardly for the kids!!

Shockers · 31/12/2018 11:03

I don’t think they have a target audience, based on age- just folk who like their product. I have bought them for my daughter since she was around 12, and for me since I discovered them in my 40s.

My best friend is Italian and apparently everyone wears them there. My kids have had them since they were two.

Apileofballyhoo · 31/12/2018 11:11

My DM has a pair and she's in her 70s

Newsername · 31/12/2018 11:12

Ok it’s unanimous! Thanks everyone!
