Any thoughts and ideas, my daughter is a 5ft 6 and size 4/6 bottom but a 30 bust with no bust!!! We are struggling to find a dress to fit and she is now getting tearful every time we go to try on as she is very self conscious. She will only wear crop bras which we have put pads in but they just flatten as soon as a dress goes on! Would a dressmaker be able to resolve this? Even with pads in the dresses don't really seem to sit well.
