Please help me find some new boots

I'm looking for some knee high boots, preferably riding style, that I could wear with skinny jeans or a dress and tights. I'd like black, flat boots and my budget is max £100

I've had a scout around and can find lots of cheaper looking pairs but nothing that looks nice and expensive!

Any good or too high?
