Is cellulite inevitable?

I am wondering how much diet and products actually makes a difference?

Isn’t it largely genetics?

I’m slim, do loads of exercise and rarely drink alcohol. My diet is high in vegetables and low in processed foods but I do probably have too much sugar at times. I have too much coffee and not enough plain water.

But I have huge amounts of cellulite on my arse and thighs and if I wrinkle my skin up I can even see it on my arms and belly.

I don’t do any beauty treatments or use products to combat it and wonder if it’s worth it?

My friend is overweight and drinks a lot of alcohol but has almost no cellulite and says her mum doesn’t either. Her skin is beautiful on her face too. Not oily or dry and rarely gets spots. Is this genetic good luck?
