Quick fixes to fix the mess I’m in

I really need some quick fixes to instantly make me look and feel better
I’m really busy and have little time to myself so that’s one issue but I also have a few problems (skin issues) and in general have let myself go since having my youngest this year
What small things can I do to look and feel better?
Currently I feel and look tired and messy and just not ‘put together’ at all

I don’t tend to wear any make up I literally curl eyelashes and brush brows quickly but I need something to make me look fresher as I feel I look dreadful

Drink more water.
Fresh haircut and colour.
B.B. cream or tinted moisturiser, lip balm and a sweep of mascara.

These will make a huge difference.

Do you need to curl your eyelashes? I'd skip that in favour of a flattering shade of mascara

Find a good foundation or tinted moisturiser / BB cream (what sort of skin do you have?)

I find if I don't use a smudge of blusher, I get asked if I am ill (I am very pale)

Get a good hair cut and think about a manicure

They are weird eyelashes v long but quite straight so without curling they look wrong and make me more tired looking

Drink Tons of Water
Concealer, mascara, lip gloss, bit of blush
Good hair cut
Clean and pressed clothes
Shoes/trainers that are clean and aren’t falling to bits.

Find a “uniform” then rinse and repeat.

For example-
Slim mom jeans
Grey Nike air max
Grey cashmere jumper.

Change the colour or style of the top, wear ankle boots with a little heel and some jewellery for going out, add a warm coat and scarf for when it’s cold.

Or
Long sleeve v neck t-shirts/tops with a pretty cami vest under
Tapered leg trousers
Ballet flats

Or
Striped top
Midi skirt
Trainers
Leather jacket

So pick one or two of these and buy variations on the theme. Check Pinterest for inspiration

If you drink a lot of coffee, you might find that using whitening toothpaste will be good - whiter teeth can helpyou look a bit "brighter" and less tired (weird, I know)
