Recommend a BB cream?

I’m trying to make more of an effort with my appearance, but feel that a layer of foundation is too much whereas bare skin looks, well, naked. I think I’d like to try “BB” type cream which I can just apply quickly with my fingers and get light coverage? I have sensitive skin, not oily or dry, and fairly good complexion but I do get red blotches. Any recommendations?

I love Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser

Ohms11 · 30/12/2018 10:32

Or just mix foundation with moisturizer...

Aldi B.B. cream is pretty good. I am a label makeup kinda girl but had my head turned by the Aldi B.B.- cheap and cheerful. Great to stick in your makeup bag.
Now I save nice stuff for occasions and use cheap bits more regularly.

Protect and perfect bb creamwith spf50 is great. I have sensitive skin and I’ve found it works well for me. Makes my skin look glowing too.

Ohms11 does that work? Shock

I don’t have an aldi anywhere near me unfortunately!

I love L'Oréal glam nude
White from tube but becomes skin colour.

FrazzyAndFrumpled · 30/12/2018 10:49

The Laura’s Mercier one is way a little outside of my price range Sad but the L’Oreal one looks perfect! Thanks

I like the garner anti aging one. It’s about a fiver.

chocolatefoxes · 31/12/2018 00:47

The body shop all-in-one BB cream is good

minipie · 31/12/2018 00:52

I like the Nivea one. I found the Garnier one too orange and the L’Oreal too oily. (But I think they were different to the versions mentioned above).

Cheekyandfreaky · 31/12/2018 21:17

I like the smash box one.

Marcelle golden glow illuminator. It is seriously brilliant.

VodkaKnockers · 31/12/2018 22:54

Nivea tinted day cream. Been using it for years and gives a decent natural coverage but doesn't feel heavy. Nowadays i mix a bit of their CC cream with it as I've developed a bit of redness
