Kohl eyeliner that stays put - recommendations?

I'm looking for an eyeliner that can be smudged on application, but then won't end up making me look a panda within 4 mins. Can anyone help please?

No Kohl stays put IME.

Get an Eyeko felt tip liner from Space NK and it will change your life. I was given one and it stopped 30 years of kohl overnight.

There’s a great Nars one that you can smudge on application but lasts well. The Bobbi Brown shadow stick is also good. I have also recently discovered Nars eyeshadow primer which is great for keeping eye makeup in place, miles better than the Dior one I was using previously.

@Ivegootthree - tempted by this for a cat eye anyway, but is it smudgable on the lower lash line?
