What colour are my veins?

Help me, style and beauty. I am determined to work out what colours and tones suit me, but I can't even decide what colour my veins are! I swear one arm looks more blue and one more green...

I’ve tried working my colours out too. I think I’m either a summer or winter but can’t decide between the two.
