Ordered a bag in their sale, and it arrived this morning. Decided I wasn't keen, so packed it back up, put the free returns label on it and skipped merrily off to the nearest DPD drop off place.
Whereupon the barcode on the returns label was zapped (3 times) and wasn't recognised, so I was unable to send it on its merry way.
I have contacted Coach through their web page but haven't heard back yet.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
