Can I have some opinions please? I have no one to ask in real life. Thanks.

It's a lovely dress apart from the weird one shoulder thing. It looks like someone has torn that bit off.

Shmithecat · 28/12/2018 11:53

It's fine, if a little dull colour wise. What accessories are you wearing with it?

Lorddenning1 · 28/12/2018 11:56

I love it where did u get it from?

petalsinthegarden · 28/12/2018 11:57

What are you doing for the hen?
I think you look really stylish and classy. Maybe ditch the tights.

GreenTulips · 28/12/2018 12:00

Love it - where did you get it please

morewaterplease · 28/12/2018 12:01

Thanks for the replies. I bought it with the intention of not wearing tights but unfortunately it's too short where it comes up in the middle so the tights are essential!

Hen party is a cocktail making class, dinner & drinks.

I think keep the tights!

I like it but it depends on what you are doing.

Here's a link... it's out of stock but I kept an eye and grabbed it when one became available.

I don't tend to comment on these threads but You look absolutely gorgeous. Add some statement earrings and you're good to go! Enjoy x

morewaterplease · 28/12/2018 12:17

Do you think it's appropriate for cocktail making, dinner and drinks? It's in a couple of weeks so it'll be a cold night so wanted something with sleeves to wear. Tights will be good from that point of view also.

Thank you namechanged ☺️

Do you think I should stick with it then? What colour bag? I was thinking red lipstick & red nails, statement earrings but really unsure what colour of bag.

Anyone?

Lorddenning1 · 28/12/2018 14:19

Yeah I like the red accessories :)

Pearlgrey1 · 28/12/2018 15:03

Yes I love this
I wouldn't accessorise it too much if at all basic jewellery
You must ditch the tights. Just wear a pair or short knickers to make yourself feel more covered.

Pearlgrey1 · 28/12/2018 15:06

Or pop a black pin/stitch to hold the top of the middle split part together where you feel it's a tad short

morewaterplease · 28/12/2018 15:21

It's just ridiculously short without black tights though. Can get away with it whilst standing but not sitting down.

OP posts:
firstbrightday · 28/12/2018 15:24

I think the tights look nice. If you don't wear them and feel it's too short you will be pulling it down and self conscious - which will look worse imo! Go with a red or black bag.

Yes that's what I thought.

The shoulder thing is a bit naff. Cheapens it.

humanfemale · 28/12/2018 16:09

🖤 it!

LakeIsle48 · 28/12/2018 16:18

You look gorgeous. I wish I could get away with that look. I'm about 3 stone heavier and 25 years older than you.

Enjoy yourself, you look fab!!

morewaterplease · 28/12/2018 16:59

Thank you ☺️
