Can I ask what your daily/weekly/monthly foot care regime is?

My feet are the best part of me Grin . Apart from being skinny and having fractured 4 toes over the years they are fine.

I am so careful what I wear. No heels. No slip ons . No ballet flats. No Uggs. My sandles have an adjustable strap and cushioned soles. Flip-Flops are only to get me from Pool-Sunlounger on holiday.
Only lace-ups or Chelsea Boots .
You didn't want to know that did you ? Wink

I keep my nails fairly long (because I like them that way) paint them only when I'm going on holiday.
File used dry weekly then some cream (any cream , just used up some Steam Cream) and socks once a week or so.

No Footner

Never had a Pedicure (nor do I ever wish to)

Occasionally wax the tops and the toes if they look hobbity .

With luck, they will last me till I'm 112 (my projected expectancy)

I look after my feet. A podiatrist said to me years ago that he didn't understand why people didn't take more care of their feet given how much we need them and that comment stuck with me.

I put cream on my feet every night as I get into bed. I use Niki's reflexology balm:

Every morning in the shower, I use a pumice stone on my feet.

I have occasional pedicures (usually every few weeks during the summer / before holidays).

I trim/file my toenails every week or so. I also apply cuticle oil.

I avoid high heels these days. Mid-height (no more than 7cm) is as low as I go. I only wear flip flops by the pool (they have no support). I don't wear ballet shoes (they have no support). I don't buy those summer sandals that have just a flat thin sole with no support. There's a theme here as you can tell. Wink. However, I do take shoe style very seriously (most of my shoes come from Browns - I'm addicted to South Korean shoe designers - or Tracey Neuls) so you'll never find me in Clarks or Hotter or those super-frumpy style shoes. You can still be stylish but look after your feet!

Like the previous posters I only wear supportive shoes usually with arch insoles and never tall heels. A scrub with a pumice stone every week or so and whatever moisturiser I've got hanging around.

I use Margaret Dabbs foot hygiene cream and foot lotion. It’s magic stuff
