Sleeping On New Piercings

How to sleep on new piercings?! Have just got a tragus piercing in one ear and helix on the other today..did not really think it through!! Anyone have any tips on how I can sleep on them?! Both painful to lie on but tragus slightly more sore as swollen🙄

A travel pillow works well (if you have one handy).

On your back. Difficult when you're not used to it but try for a while.

Also, kind of cupping your ear with your hand.

My piercer wouldn't do different ears at the same time because of this issue.
