How to deal with static hair?

The hot air heating system at work is making my hair go crazy with static!

Any advice on how to tame it? I’ve been using John Frieda Frizz Ease shampoos and serum but it’s not having much impact!

A silk pillowcase. Or a piece of silk to run over your hair.

Hairspray works best for me, any old one, doesn't have to be fancy.

Yes hairspray is good - try not to brush it too much too.

I very rarely brush it as that makes it a nightmare. I’ve recently had it cut shorter as it was very long which seems to have made it worse!

Should I be washing more or less frequently?

One of those tumble drier fragrancing sheets.

I'm having the same problem, made worse by the fake fur on my coat! Hair flies all over when I put that on. Think it's made worse by the cold weather. I'm going to try conditioning mine more, I have bought some spray on leave-in conditioner to spritz over it, as well as regular conditioner.
