Biotin pills for nails

Has anyone else tried this? Read about it somewhere and decided to give it a go on my nails that weren’t recovering from gel very well - thin, weak and peeling.

Don’t know if it’s just a coincidence, but blimey my nails are growing thick and strong. Worth a try if anyone else is having issues.

I have got Biotin for my hair which is thinning, but nails seem better too,they were also flaking and peeling,i have the 1000mg dose
How long have you been taking it?

Mine says 10,000mcg, whichis probably the same? Have been taking it since early October, but noticed the difference a good couple of weeks ago.
