Where to buy the thinnest long sleeved tops to wear under itchy jumper?

I need some long sleeve tops to wear under anything that makes me even slightly itch which seems to be most things.

I’ve tried cotton tops from sainsburys & h&m but they make me too hot when I then have a jumper on top.

Can anyone suggest a long sleeve top that is very thin so it provides a layer but wont make me boil?!

I wear the Heatgen ones and find them brilliant.

I mean the primark ones that cost about £3.

Ive got lovely ones from sainsburys. They wash really well

I can only wear silk and cotton. Everything else makes me itchy, I can manage man made fibres on a loose sleeved blouse.

I have some cashmere jumpers but o my ever wear them with a shirt underneath.

I’ve given up on all itchy knitwear. It’s not worth it

These heattech tops from Uniqlo £9.90 are brilliant. The scoop neck works really well under jumpers as it rarely sticks out and I like the way they are tight on your arms so don't make everything feel too thick. They are slightly see-through but if you're layering it shouldn't be a problem.

Make sure they are cotton so you don't overheat. Anything made of polyester or man made is more likely to cause overheating which you don't want with itchy wool as well.

uniqlo heat tech (the regular team tech as they regulate temp)

*heat tech!

I know the Primark ones you are talking about. Not the thermal ones but very thin ones. I love them! They are about £2.50, I couldn't wear Thermal!!
