Shampoo for thick wavy hair

Please recommend which shampoo is best for thick long wavy hair. Thank you :)

Palmers olive oil smoothing shampoo.
It is normally in the black hair section in shops and I originally got it for my mixed race daughter. It has made my super long, but wiry, course hair beautiful.

Jason tea tree for me. No SLS and leaves it squeaky clean, smooth and shiny.

Try to choose a sulphate free shampoo. If you use the curly girl method you'll find that your hair health will improve and you may well notice your waves turn into wavy curls.

I tend to use giovanni shampoos that often sell in tkmaxx or if I'm pushing the boat out ill use boucleme or trepadora shampoo.

Maybe try going on Instagram and find a blogger who has similar hair to yours. It'll help give you an idea of which products to use.
