I've bought a couple of items on there and neither has arrived. One was bought on 23rd November, dispatched at the very end of the 5 day limit Vinted give to sellers but it's not here. The second was bought a week or so later and also hadn't come.
I've sold something on there as well which arrived within a week.
Vinted aren't particularly helpful. I've contacted them, and apparently because the seller posted via 'another method' (they don't specify what), I must wait another 9 working days to give it a chance to arrive. This will be after Christmas now! The seller cant/won't provide a postage receipt or tracking number as apparently she lost it when she was moving.
Maybe I've just been unlucky, but my first two transactions have not arrived, and I'm feeling a bit miffed about it. What are other users experiences?
