I would say three as more comfy and easier to stand and walk in due to block heel, then two, not keen on one or four.

No. 1 with that dress. The nude really don’t suit the dress style, open ties with tights is a no-no and i’ve forgotten my issue with no.2

I like no1 best but generally, although I can dither for ages over what to wear, once I'm out I couldn't care less, so which are most comfortable?!

Definitely no.1 - They're also versatile so you could wear them with pretty much everything/anything. No.3 are personally my second favourite out of the 4. I don't love the other 2 tbh, but that is just a matter of taste and preference.
