Nursing bras that actually give you a decent shape?

Does such a thing exist? Does anywhere do "normal bras" (underwire, slightly padded etc) that also have the nursing clip part? All the ones I have give me no shape at all and don't have properly moulded cups or underwire or any padding (my boobs haven't grown particularly with BFing). Most of mine are from M&S BTW.

@cooela yy to. droopy uni boob... Or sausage chest as it sometimes looks! I can't wait to have 3 boobs again, not just a tube of breast.

I have been using hot milk just because I liked that they were lacy and pretty but actually the non wired ones do nothing for my boobs. Wish I'd shopped around a bit more... Am now wearing a normal wired bra and just have to fight a bit to get a boob out but I much prefer having some shape and lift!
