I’m on the ordinary 2% retinoid - what’s the next step?

I am using it every other day with no reaction so I think I’m ok to make the next step up but I’m not sure what that is! Which is stronger retinoids or retinol?

Buy some Retirides from Spain (retinol) o.5 per cent. Cheap and effective.

Isn't using retinoids a step in itself?

Following as I just bought the stuff myself and don't want crows feet anymore 😭

I started with the 2% retinouid from the ordinary, and now on 0.5% retinA but its very drying, i have not noticed any reduction in crows feet yet so might take a few months
I sometimes mix it with moisturiser to stop it being so drying

abc12345 · 14/12/2018 17:41

So it 0.5 retina stronger than 2% retinoid?

The RetinA is pure retinol, which i dont think you can buy in England, well you couldnt but i have seen a few ads for it recently
I got mine from Spain, where its called Retirides, i asked my son who lives there to get me some,
It can only be got here on prescription i am told, through your Gp,
It is only about 16 Euros, in Spain.
Maybe have look back through some threads that mention Retins
You could put a search in for Retin threads

Next step is accepting that you don’t need this stuff.
