I keep seeing an ad for the hooded skirt on Facebook and keep thinking, "Why??"

If I get cold it’s my lower back that feels it first; I also get lower back pain from time to time so that would be ideal for me as an extra layer and to hold a hot water bottle in.
But I suspect I’m not within their target demographic

Weirdly...I'm not mad at it.

I wouldn't wear it but seeing it actually being worn on the insta pic below actually gives it a bit more context.

It would certainly have stopped my gran going on about me getting a cold in my kidneys if it was around 15 years ago 😂
