I would like it done, but need to know what they use to dye the brows. Is it like hair dye? So if I'm allergic to hair dye will I be allergic to this?

No it's not dye it's ink. Like tattoo ink.
They may be able to patch test you.

Any good professional will offer you a patch test, it was compulsory before I had mine done. Mine are tattooed though
