Game changing pants /knickers

So today I bought some Spanx knickers : they are incredible! They totally flatten my tummy!

I've had 2 sections and have a definite shelf. Tried breathing in, losing weight etc. Thought sod it and tried some spanx and they are amaze balls! Tummy looks completely different!

Just thought I'd share.

And are they actually comfortable to wear? Whenever I try any shape wear I seem to instantly get excruciating trapped wind! Sorry way tmi!

Hodge, yeah, me too. Instant trapped wind with shapewear.

I hate the feeling over everything that's been flattened out actaully being squashed out of the top & round my legs! I end up with ridges and feeling really uncomfortable. I'll be interested to know which ones these are too.

They look better on, honestly

Honestly there's no ridges, no muffin top or nothing. It's just flat. I'm amazed tbh. I don't feel squashed, just trimmer
