How to get hair ready for bleach?

In the new year I'm getting a hidden rainbow. I don't care if they are passe or I'm too old and I'll look stupid. 😆

My question is, how do I prepare my hair for the bleach? It's in OK condition and just past my shoulders.

Olaplex, you can do step 1 and 2 at home a few times before hitting the bleach and get olaplex added to the bleach.

Where can I buy opalex? I keep hearing about it but thought it was something you put IN bleach.

You can do it lots of ways. It can goin bleach but also works as a stand-alone treatment. It is a bond reconstructor so sort of fixes the hair rather than just making it look like it is fixed like some products do.

There are some sellers on amazon but there are a lot of fakes around so your best bet is either finding a salon who do it and going in for the 1 and 2 treatment and buying a bottle of the 3 to take home and do. Putting the 3 on overnight works wonders.

If you know any hairdressers getting them to buy you in some bottles of 1 and 2 is a good investment.
