What are you asking for for Christmas?

The Boyf keeps asking for ideas and while throughout the year I see so many things I like I just don't know what to ask for. I had thought about something for volumixing my hair (see other post) but also thinking maybe another longchamp bag. I have black in the smaller size and navy in large but thinking navy in the smaller size as it is easier for everyday use. Or something nice to keep like a piece of jewellery. What are you all asking for?

I've got the large Longchamp Neo tote on my list in black or navy.

Or some books/DVDs/CDs/smellies

And a fur gilet, because I like them!

I am thinking maybe another longchamp. There are boots I would like too but they are nearly £400 eek so I am not asking for them I will just save for them.

Maybe a new perfume. it really shouldn't be this hard to just pick something you like for someone else to buy for you eh haha

I've asked DH for:

A leather purse / wallet

A reader's digest subscription (personal and for work purposes)

A hair mask

He's already said no to all of the above jokingly I hope

A pair of teal converse high tops. I am low maintenance

A new make up bag,
Some uniqlo pyjamas and a heattech top,
Maybe some nice bubble bath.

My suggestions are - a pair of lined leather gloves, a silk scarf (long, not square) a pair of small gold earrings or a pair of Bluetooth earphones. I'd be happy with any of those! Fingers crossed he won't deviate from the list

haha ....ah yes....when you give them very precise "hints" and they go off course and wing it! Lol

I sent him a link and a discount code to the exact Aspinal bag I wanted and he bought it online in front of me.

Otherwise he does a trolley dash round Oliver Bonas on Christmas Eve and gets me loads of stuff I will never use.

Socks. Hopefully two or three pairs. I sent him a link. Fingers crossed.

Wouldn't occur to DH to get a bag, jewellery, clothes, perfume, makeup. I think he peaked with my engagement ring 18 years ago

Perfume
Cashmere gloves and scarf
New handbag
Fancy tights
Gel polish
More practically speaking - a calendar and some bits for my car!
I’ve also asked for money towards some diamond earrings
I will get a couple of things off DC and same from DP
Parents usually give me cash so will go towards something or a couple of things
What I don’t get will stay as options for my birthday

I asked for a scarf from Hush
a (plain) oversized charcoal wool jumper from Celt and co
some Kindle books
Bronze nail polish

I think he will get me those and also probably a surprise present ( but he is good a presents)

Don't care how cheap and cheerful .

Just 2 nights out of town, away from family and just 3 of us.

If this does not happen by the first week of January I'm struggling to think how I might actually cope.

@doubleshotespresso take me with you! I'd love time away too, just to be me again, carefree and adventurous. Allowed to wallow away with chocolates and Gewürztraminer wine and trash tv. And all in the knowledge that the DC were being well taken care of and happy.

TeaAddict feel free to join! specifically with chocolate & Gewürztraminer Just exhausted of life and all the people in it. I want to get off this hamster wheel and just listen to silence (not possible with a 4yo but you get my drift) and breathe clean air.

2 days of that and i will be fine to return home and be up n at 'em again.
