Leave in hair conditioner

So my hair is pretty fried from constant dying, can anyone recommend some hair products? Ideally I want something left in for a few hours and then washed out. Would leaving normal conditioner (I use Aussie) in for a few hours help? Or maybe overnight? Also will Olaplex 3 work if I don't use 1 and 2? Smile

I use Elvive Low shampoo and don't even need conditioner and my hair is very dried from being coloured.

Ors hair mayonnaise and Philip Kingsley elasticizer are both good. They are both wash out ones though.
Revlon Uniq One is a great leave in one.

Olaplex 3 left in overnight will make a massive difference.

Garnier ultimate blends hair mask works really well for my hair.

I treated myself to a tub of bumble and bumble overnight hair mask with some birthday vouchers the other day. Oh my god it’s fantastic! Super pricey though.

Coconut oil warmed then applied, leave overnight then wash out. Do this once or twice a week until hair improves then maybe just once a fortnight thereafter. Make sure it is pure cold pressed with nothing more added. This is what I use

L'Oréal professionnel Lipidium masque or Schwarzkopf fibre force masque. Best treatments money can buy.
