Cloth menstrual pads / advice on moon cups

I've realised I don't like disposable pads and they stink because of the chemicals in them. I bought some Charlie Banana ones and I think they're great - much more comfortable and I just put them into a bucket without a lid - no smell whatsoever at all! Wash with Vanish & they come out perfect.

Years ago I tried a moon cup but it really hurt me and I think I must have a tight vagina anyway. There was no way I could get it in. Any advice on softer / smaller menstrual cups I could try?

I really like the Lunette cup, it's much thinner than the mooncup and I find it very comfortable

@ElektraLOL I hated the ridge around the top of the mooncup. Got a si bell cup recently and ADORE it. It's so soft and really easy to use

I have an Athena cup. Bought it months ago, tried it, hated it. Couldn’t get it in right, could feel it etc.

Thought I’d give it a go this time round and inserted it while I was in the shower and I’m converted! I put it in each morning and only removed when I got home after work and used a pad for the night as I’ve not got to grips reinserting if I’m not in the shower!

Meluna have soft mini cups if others don't fit, I found it much more comfortable than the mooncup. Came in different colours too!

i cant use mooncups the last year. I think its to do with PF damage. I can feel them so much. I didnt used to be able to feel them and ive been using cups for around 15 years, so not lack of practice
