Help! I've got a fabulous Christmas party coming up on Sunday and mount vesuvius has appeared on my lip Shock

I've tried to squeeze it today but it's so sore and doesn't seem 'ready'. What can I do between now and Sunday eve to make it disappear? Any help gratefully received!!

Wrap an ice cube in a plastic bag and hold it over spot TIL ice is all melted.

Toothpaste on it overnight

Hot compress on it to pull the head out so you can squeeze it.
