It's been asked a million times I'm sure, but can anyone recommend any good treatments before I end up spending Megabucks at the dentist?!

Following with interest. The range of stuff in Boots is boggling!!

Our local dentist does a 'salon sale only' type set of strips for £45... but if they're only the same as the sort I can buy on Amazon I'll probably try those first. 🤪

At home bleaching trays and gels tend to get the best results but unfortunately it is pricey! If it's something you go for make sure it's done by a dentist and not a beautician etc. Think they are clamping down on those illegally providing whitening services. Well they are in Scotland don't know about elsewhere.

If you do it with the dentist once then you'll have the moulds to fit your teeth. You can then top it up yourself every 6 months or so.

I used white glo toothpaste which shifts staining but for actual whitening I had zoom. Now I have the trays I just buy the gel to top up, I figured my teeth were too precious to go elsewhere!

This one is really good: www.nuwhite.co.uk/index.html

Thanks all. I had them professionally whitened about 13 years ago and they're not too bad, but years of black tea and coffee has turned them a bit creamy.

I had mine done at the orthodontist after I’d had my braces off. It cost £££ but was essential an at home kit which he sent me home with. Fantastic results though. It’s called Polanight or Poladay, you can buy it for a fraction of the cost on line.
