Flattering A line skirts for pearish shape?

Hi all,

I have a decent pair of legs and want to show them off however a line skirts seem to all either be minis or unflattering 50s style. I planned to wear ankle boots and reasonable heels but tuck tops in. Im too bottom heavy to do it with jeans. Anyone spotted anything reasonably flattering on the high street?

George at ASDA of all places do the best A line skirts.
I bought a checked one just the other day again, but possibly shorter than you would like.
Dorothy Perkins is good too.
