DS spotty! What can he use?

DS118 having trouble. What to buy him a face wash and cream but would like recommendations please?

What really works?

La Roche Posay effaclar is excellent for acne prone skin, there is a kit with face wash and moisturiser, Boots sell it

Also the Bioderma Sebium range, green writing on the packaging is great. Ds uses the Hydra cream

Freederm is really good. It makes the spots go quicker than just washing them.

Dead sea mineral soap cleared up my mild acne. I got it from boots and used it twice a day. It lasts for ages as well!
