tuxedo jacket- get one made or off the peg?

I have wanted one for ages, but I am a difficult shape. My shoulders are broad relative to my bust and waist( I have no bust and waist)- not hulk like in anyway but enough to make fitting tricky. If the shoulders fit across the back everything else will be too baggy. If it fits everywhere else the shoulders will rip.

Has anyone gone down the route of having a jacket made or can I get really decent ones off the peg? I am prepared to pay for an investment piece.

I had one made a couple of years ago. I love it and consider it well worth the £450 (or £500) I spent on it.

I had it made to my own specifications by Anna Butler of Www.butlerstewart.co.uk a little while before that, she made me a gorgeous tweed jacket. I love tailored jackets!
