La Roche Posay or Avene

Hello - I'm having real problems with my skin at the moment. It's become very sensitive, prone to redness and a bit reactive. I'm looking to try some new skin care because my skin just doesn't seem to like what I'm using any more. Just wondering if there are any recommendations for La Roche Posay or Avene as these seem to be recommended for sensitive skin. Thank you.

I use the Avene redness relief moisturiser but have tried most of the Avene and LRP sensitive/redness range and it's all pretty good. Mine isn't red but has flareups that can last a few months and the redness/rosacea ranges tend to be very calming.

Bioderma sensibio in the pink bottle is the only micellar water that doesn't irritate my skin when it's flaring up - when it's calm most are ok.

Bioderma is generally a better brand than either LRP or Avene for avoiding potential allergens, irritants and carcinogens.

Eucerin 5% urea
Is amazing for reactive skin
