Whiter teeth

I've noticed my teeth are looking stained these days (I blame the tea habit).
I'm going to book in for a scale and polish which is over due and buy some whitening toothpaste before asking the dentist to do anything more drastic.
What whitening toothpaste would you all suggest?

White glo. Shifting my staining so much that even the hygienist asked what I had used

Hygienist did wonders for my tea staining. I was feeling really embarrassed by my teeth and now they (nearly) glow again.

Yep! Comes with a toothbrush, use that with it. I only use it to shift staining and then go back to my usual stuff
