Underwear that flattens the tum?

So I ordered a dress on-line and it's a bit tight around the tummy.

In case I can't lose 5 pounds in 10 days Confused I'm thinking of buying Bridget Jones style knickers.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

It's a good job it's you, half, I thought it was going to be another one of those!

This is amazing, I bought one a while ago, it’s very very snug but worth it imo!

You will be able to flatten your tummy no problem in 10 days with low carb, high fat eating. No bread, pasta, potatoes etc. No sugar, no fruit. Lots of veg, protein and oils/fats. Lots and lots of water.

Just thought I’d suggest that. If you want a very good resource for doing this, look up the low carb bootcamp threads in the low carbing topic. You will find all the guidelines there, and lots of friendly, supportive people to advise you.

Good luck!

Primarks pull in pants are great for the price

Thanks for all the replies, including deducing I'm not a knicker troll!

Thanks for the bootcamp recommendation, holger, I am actually a serial low-ish carber myself and am planning on upping the ante a bit before this party!

It was a funny night - I thought I'd better vouch for you! My advice would be to get the next size up, so that it doesn't join all the things in our wardrobes most of us have that are going to fit one day. Xmas Wink

Primark ones are great value (they are like a fiver!) but I don't think they give super firm tummy control.

Depending on how short the dress is, I find the cycling short ones the best, as the knicker shaped one's just cut me off at the top of the thighs/arse and look awful. Debenhams do good control Underwear.
