I'm late 50s, and have an interview this week for a relatively senior admin role in an arts centre, which is attached to a university. So am being interviewed by University people but also art-y people. What can I wear that reassures both groups of people that I will fit in, and that I'm not too old and out of touch? Dress? Dress with jacket? Skirt with jacket? Trousers with jacket? Aargh...
