Smart snow boots

I'm looking for some warm, waterproof yet smart snow boots. I like in the hills so need these to be practical but don't want to look silly if I arrive at meetings somewhere where it's not so hilly.

Any recommendations?

Sorel can rub your heels esp if you have narrow feet, otherwise yes they are the ones to go for if you are walking in lots of snow.
