Cloud Nine straighteners - better than GHD

I might be late to the party and you might all know this already BUT... after 15 years of straightening and 4 sets of GHDs I've ditched them and bought some Cloud Nines.

They are so, so much better than my recently deceased GHDs. They're like a better version of the original GHD from back in the day.

My hair is very thick and extremely unruly. One hair type is boring, so mine likes to present a fusion of curls, straight bits and an overtone of frizz. It took my GHDs a good 20-30 minutes to make sense of it but the Cloud Nines dealt with it in 5 minutes and then it stayed straight all day, even though it was raining.

I used them for a few months but found they were too hot and burnt my hair. They had a dial in but at the tempertuate for not burning they weren’t able to straighten my thick hair.

Apparently they’re made by the people who used to make GHDS

They are amazing. My just broke after two years and I've had to go back to my old GHD's and man, there is no comparison. My hair is long and thick too, and the Cloud Nines just glide through and leave my hair beautiful and straight. I will be so happy when they are repaired.
