Help me find shoes and bag!

So, I've got my works Xmas night out this week....I've bought the dress that has hopefully attached! I never ever go out or get dressed up so don't have loads to choose from. I'm not at all confident with putting things together normally sticking to black. This dress is quite daring for me but I've lost loads of weight since last year so wanted to show it off!
I have basic black block heel shoes and at the moment no bag. I don't have much money at all to spend but could do possibly £30 plus I have a £10 next voucher.
I really don't know what style or colour (if any) I should be looking for, nude or black tights? I would really appreciate your input!

Lovely dress, I think I’d go for a little black, possibly quilted crossbody bag with silver hardware. I’m not mad on evening bags or clutches.

The dress doesn’t need a necklace, maybe a bangle. I hate nude tights but that’s a personal thing, I know lots of people like them.

I’d go for a black heel in suede I think, so there’s texture but that lovely dress doesn’t need further adornment, it’s sparkly enough so plainer accessories are better. Do you have a jacket?

Thanks so much @LuxuryWoman2018
Well my black heels are a fake suede material and very plain. I have a plain faux leather jacket if that would look ok? I'm getting lifts there and back and don't smoke so shouldn't be outside an awful lot!
I've always been so envious of the friends that could go to primark and put things together and look amazing! I just simply don't have that talent lol.
I think you are right about plain accessories the dress is very busy itself!

The jacket could be perfect! A little bit rock glam 😀
