Teen with oily skin

Dd nearly 14 has oily skin unlike me and her sister who both have very sensitive dry skin. She has a few spots but nothing to bad

I'm looking for a face wash and moisturiser for her, currently she doesn't use moisturiser as she says it make her even more greasy

Looking for something to to expensive

The Nip and Fab teen skin range is pretty good. Simple light moisturiser also works well on oily skin.

Oil attracts oil. Try an oil based cleanser?
