Detox foot pads/patches

Are these a bit of a con? Or has anyone seen real changes/felt better since using them?

They are a total con. There have been no scientific studies whatsoever to prove anything happens to the body when using detox foot pads.
A similar residue appears on the pads when distilled water is dripped onto them.
Sold by absolute charlatans, avoid at all costs.

Your liver is designed to detox so you don't need anything else. Honestly, anything that says it is for "detox" is nonsense.
