Can we talk about Alexa Chung please? Is she still cool or too 2012? I absolutely loved her slightly preppy looks from the early noughties, including this pic attached.

@thethirdbiscuiteer Alexa used to be another style hero of mine! Where is she now? She wrote that dreadful parisienne style book a few years back I think but that's all I know. I love the slightly boho/rocker messy but oh-so-carefully thought out look. Though on me it tends to just look disheveled!

@GimbleInTheWabe I have looked up Chung and she's got her own fashion label now apparently! The clothes look a bit Zara to be honest, but 10x the price. Would Chung wear Chung...? I loved her prim but sort of messy librarian look, and used to shop exclusively at Maje, Sandro and Kooples to emulate her style. Now I have a child and err shop at ASOS 😞

I wish the Beckhams would stop trying to push their kids into the limelight. That book of Brooklyn's was ridiculous as he isn't a very good photographer! I think the little girl will get pushed towards a modelling career eventually too, but let's hope she's the one who's inherited David's talent and becomes an England striker instead!

I agree, QueenOfTheAndals. They're trying to push Brand Beckham and promoting those children from when they were very young. Romeo has been a model from a young age. They'll be wafted in to those sorts of careers. I like the idea of Harper being a footie player, though!!

Yes I also had a google of Alexa too and landed on her website @thethirdbiscuiteer. Nice clothes but really not worth those prices! I always wonder how much these celeb clothing lines are actually designed by them or if they're designed by... yknow actual designers who have trained and will get no credit and poor pay... and Alexa says 'I like this one and this one and this one' and slaps her name on it. But then I'm a cynical fucker.

I saw Elle once, years and years ago. I knew she was tall but wasn't prepared for just how Amazonian she is!

@GimbleInTheWabe oh totally designed by someone else! Alexa will say she wants oh a boxy look this season, lots of velvet, yellows and mustards, and away the actual designer goes. Just like Roland Mouret designs for VB

Speaking of boxy, Alexa Chung did help me get into Cos I have to say.

I've always thought Alexa was stunning but she always seemed a bit too cool for school, if you know what I mean? And her fashion range looked like it would only suit her and no one else!
