Which Lacura/Aldi facecream?

I've bought some today - a white pot of Q-10 day cream because Lacura creams are often recommended. I didn't realise that it is spf20, and it seems to have quite a suncream type of heavy perfume. If you use their face creams, which one do you use? And do all of the day creams have spf? And what happens if you use night cream instead of day cream, as I'm assuming that the main difference will be the sunblock. I should've read the boxes more thoroughly.

Well I can now see why nobody answered. I'm sitting here with a beautiful rash across my face and neck.

To be fair it's probably because it's suncream, but not sure that I'm going to bother with a night cream to see if that's OK.

I had to stop using them, they had me a rash! Annoying because everyone I know raves about them

IggyAce · 01/12/2018 22:02

I can’t use that face cream either, it makes my eyes itch.

To answer your question I use the caviar day cream and I really like it so have re-bought several times.
Regarding spf, I think you'll find almost all day creams have spf in them, usually 10-15, so the cream you bought is not suncream, just a day cream with spf.

Does the caviar one have suncream? I never use it due to sensitive skin.

I use Caviar and love it; SPF 15.

I used the cheap q10 in the blue pot night cream and I LOVE IT! I used to spend £45quid on Ester lauder! Not anymore!

I used the white pot one and I found it too greasey so switched to nip and fab!

I've tried a few , there was a really gorgeous one a few years ago that had an oceanic smell (pale blue)

Most of them run when my face sweats and it really stings my eyes ( so not good when I;m driving) so they are only ok for my neck.

Another fan of the Caviar day cream here. I don't wear make up and it gives my aging skin a lovely youthful glow. Previously I'd spent £££s to get the same effect.

I agree with caviar cream. Use day and night cream and really like them.

Chicinwellies · 02/12/2018 21:48

Nope - tried them all and my eyes sting and face goes blotchy. Love and going back to Ren

DaisyRenton18 · 02/12/2018 22:09

I found the Q10 ones a bit meh, but really like the red night cream ('Expert' I think). My skin is much better since I started using it; I'm not wearing foundation to work any more.

I think I use caviar, I really like it, it's the one in a silver pot it's upstairs, I'm too lazy to go and look
