Best ways to stimulate collagen

I'm late 20s and want to start treatments that stimulate collagen to help reduce ageing in the future. I already wear spf 50 and a retinol cream.
I have been looking into things like dermaroller/dermapen, prp and lasers. Anyone have any recommendations for what worked for them?

Red light therapy. I used to use a red light therapy bed at my local tanning place. I was using them to clear up an acne flare up. As a side effect I had hardly any cellulite either!

Lasers worked for me. Well they are supposed to stimulate collegen and my skin does look better. I’m older than you though (42) so not sure if something that expensive and invasive is necessary yet.

Agree with the above poster red light therapy is good and gentle.

Thank you for your replies. Might try some light therapy. Want my skin to look less dull and more dewy Smile
