Can anyone help me figure out if Too Faced Born This Way is a silicone or water based primer?
I’ve done some research and everything I’ve found so far has been conflicting.
A few blogs seem convinced that it’s silicone-based, despite it being oil-free and advertised as containing coconut water. But sites advertise it as water based and the TF website recommends using the Hangover Primer under it which is definitely water based.
Here are the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS: Water/Aqua/Eau, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glycerin, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Isododecane, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Hexyl Laurate, Dimethicone, 1,2-Hexanediol, Alcohol, BHT, Butylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Water/Cocos Nucifera Water, Diphenyl.
Sorry about how dull this question is. I posted a while back about finding a new full coverage foundation after my ELDW has started to pile and slide. Since then I’ve fallen deeper and deeper down the foundation rabbit hole now 
I’ve tried so many but think the issue is to do with the primers I’m pairing the foundations with. I now know that water + silicone = slip and slide so any help would be much appreciated in figuring out what I should be wearing with the TF.
