I'm looking for stylish over the knee boots, but could be tempted by knee-high. Ideally black real leather or suede with a stretchy panel and a low block heel. My problem is that they need to have a decent, thickish sole. I get tendonitis if I wear unsupportive footwear. I detest my orthotic insoles so I try to manage without them. I can't find anything nice. Under £100 would be ideal.
